Legal Agreement
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77u ("77u", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 77u online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, payment services, and promotional offers made available through the platform. Who May Play
Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of the 77u platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age. 77u strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21, without exception.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Proxy registration, shared accounts, and third-party account management are prohibited.
- You have not previously been excluded from 77u or any associated platform. Accounts opened in violation of an existing exclusion will be closed and balances forfeited.
- You are using your own funds to play and are not depositing proceeds from unlawful activity. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.
Account Rules
Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one account on 77u. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials at all times.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and whenever requested by 77u for verification purposes (KYC). Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account Security
You must keep your login credentials confidential. 77u will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or messaging applications. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 77u support immediately and change your password.
Identity Verification (KYC)
77u may require identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal, following a deposit above a specified threshold, or where there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by 77u may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing. Verification documents requested may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Payments
Deposits and Withdrawals
All monetary transactions on 77u are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 77u does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third parties are prohibited and will be returned where possible, with associated accounts subject to review.
Deposits
Deposits are credited to your 77u account balance in Bangladeshi Taka. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. 77u is not responsible for delays caused by the payment network or your mobile banking provider. All deposit amounts must be in whole Taka amounts; fractional Taka amounts are not supported.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as the payment network allows. 77u reserves the right to request identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 77u reserves the right to apply a processing review period of up to 72 hours for withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
Promotions
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
77u offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
- One bonus per player per promotion. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
- Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka and are valid for the duration specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
- Wagering requirements must be met using the eligible games specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward the rollover requirement.
- 77u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 77u shall be final and binding.
Player Welfare
Responsible Gaming Obligations
77u is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming conditions apply to all account holders at all times:
Deposit and Session Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time. Requested limit reductions take effect immediately. Requested limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before taking effect. Session time limits and loss limits are also available in account settings. 77u recommends that all players make active use of these tools.
Self-Exclusion
Any player who believes their gambling may be causing harm may request self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting 77u support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals (other than pending withdrawals of legitimate winnings) will be permitted. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of receipt. Players seeking to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed must contact 77u support and will be subject to a mandatory 24-hour reflection period.
Conduct Rules
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77u platform. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, and manipulation of deposit or withdrawal processes.
- Collusion with other players or with 77u employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human use.
- Money laundering or using the 77u platform to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify their local legal position before using 77u.
Platform Rights
Intellectual Property
All content on the 77u platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the property of 77u or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the 77u platform without the prior written consent of 77u. Game content is owned by the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to 77u for display on the platform; intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective studios.
Legal Limits
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical failures outside 77u's reasonable control, interruption of service, or errors in game display that are corrected promptly upon discovery. 77u's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Updates to Terms
Amendments to These Terms
77u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77u will notify registered players by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 77u support.
